What is Umrah/Hajj Mabroor?
Mabroor – In Arabic, mabroor comes from the word birr – which means:
- Good behavior towards people, fulfilling one’s duties towards others and fulfilling their rights. In a Hadeeth Sahih Muslim, “Al-Birr is good behavior”.
- Doing much worship and having the trait of taqwa, where all rules are fulfilled and the action is done in the most complete manner.
Allah has promised a great reward for Hajj Mabroor – for the Prophet (SAW) said in Sahih Bukhari:
“There is no reward for Hajj Mabroor except Paradise.”
We at Umrah Mabroor want to make sure that we also implement this definition of birr to ourselves (insha’Allah may Allah give us the ability to fulfill this commitment!) when being honored with taking care of you – the guests of Allah!
For Allah says in the Quran:
“Do you order people towards al-birr (righteousness) while you forget it yourselves?” (2:44)
We definitely do not want to be amongst that category and so we truly strive to meet our commitments and provide you with the best experience possible, insha’Allah.

Our Commitment
Firstly, may Allah give us the ability to fulfill these commitments to you, as He has control over all things. But on our part, here’s what we promise (yes, it’s in writing!):
No Last Minute Changes
It is what it is. We won’t change accommodations last minute on you, or anything else for that matter. What we say is included in the package is included, and what hotels we promise in the package are the hotels you will stay at.
No Last Minute Price Increases
Unfortunately it’s common in the Hajj and Umrah industry to lure guests of Allah with low prices and then increase them at the last minute – whatever the reason may be. Our prices are what they are, and you don’t have to worry about them changing, unless of course, you request a change, then price quoted is also subject to change.
Extraordinary VIP Service
All the services that we provide and promise in our packages will be provided to you, no exceptions! We offer a range of VIP services included in our packages as well as offer add-on options as well to make your journey even more enjoyable and blessed inshallah.
